We offer a 14-day refund window for educational course purchases if the customer is dissatisfied with the content. Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@bakeryengine.com with the transaction receipt.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
B2B Services: Royalty administration and service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Delivery: Digital assets are delivered instantly via email or secure download link upon payment confirmation.
Subscriptions: If you subscribe to any recurring service, you may cancel at any time via your account portal or by emailing support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No Prorating: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles.
